Installation runner dehumidifier

 
2.1 Introduction

      The chapters detailing dehumidification equipment from the factory to the installation instructions work required before installation read, help you correct organization of work. Dehumidification equipment related to specific installation dimensions and weight, see Appendix.

 

2.2 Shipping and storage

       To ensure the quality and reliability of dehumidification equipment, each piece of equipment in the factory have strict inspection and testing. If dehumidification equipment before installation to be stored for some time, should note the following:

 

Should not be dismantled when transport package is shipped.
 

Equipment placement to avoid physical damage.
 

It must be stored under the covering to prevent dust, frost and rainwater intrusion.
 

2.3 check

       Open transport packaging equipment and product testing, to verify whether the device during transport damage; any damage found, please contact the device manufacturer.

       If the pipe is connected with the dehumidifier has been arranged, you should check whether the piping appropriate.

If the ambient and installation conditions have questions, please contact the manufacturer's technical staff.

 

Mobile 2.4 dehumidification equipment

      Dehumidification equipment weight of each module is likely to more than 350 kg, detailed technical data, please refer to Chapter 7 Stochastic technical specifications. In order to prevent equipment damage and personal injury, it is recommended to use lifting equipment.

      When moving the unit, you can use a crane or forklift. When using a crane, you should select the appropriate lifting points, the lifting point can not touch the motor, control system and fittings exposed, in order to avoid equipment damage.

      Seat on each module can be used in both lifting holes Slotted hole forklifts and cranes.

2.5 location requirements

       To get the best operation status and fault repair service space shall be set aside enough installation location and space requirements.

       For the cleaning and maintenance purposes, retain the essential services and compact space is very important.

       To prevent condensation inside the dehumidifier, so as not to expose the unit to temperatures below the dew point of the process air environment. In addition, if the unit is installed outdoors, it should take appropriate precautions to rain and snow from entering.

2.6 basis

       Dehumidification equipment must be installed on level ground or platform that can bear the weight of the load device. If does not exceed the maximum load, it may not require a special foundation.

When the dehumidifying unit is installed, check whether the installation level. If you require a fixed installation unit, you will need to pre-install bolts unit basis.

2.7 Duct connection

        Size of the process air and regeneration air duct see recommended values of ISO7807. Duct and mounting flange pipe elbow joint, which bolt length should not exceed 20mm. When installing dehumidifying unit inlet and outlet connecting pipes should be aware of the following recommendations:

Try to shorten the length of the duct system in order to reduce air static pressure loss.
 

In order to ensure the performance of all rigid (galvanized) pipe fittings shall be airtight.
 

Duct should be insulated to avoid when the temperature of the air inside the pipe fell outside air temperature below the dew point condensation pipe wall, resulting in pipeline corrosion; and to avoid energy losses.
 

Pipeline installed directly on the dehumidification unit should have adequate support, and the use of the flexible coupling in order to reduce the load and pressure pipes and gravity generated by the operation.
 

Ensure that the design and installation of the pipeline when the pipeline operation and service are not subject to restrictions.
 

To reduce noise and vibration propagation along the pipe, the regeneration outlet can install good quality, air tightness and strong flexible connection.
 

Process air outlet duct and regeneration air regulating valve must be installed.
 

Total resistance processing side and regeneration side of the pipe must not exceed the fan inside the unit configuration provides pressure head. Machine outside the residual pressure can be provided in Chapter 7 of the technical specifications.
 

If the system is introduced dehumidified air from the outdoor unit, the inlet should be high enough off the ground to prevent inhalation of dust and debris. Entrance must stay away from possible sources of pollution, such as energy gas, steam and harmful gases. In order to prevent moist air environment increases the processing load of wet air, outdoor air is introduced into the process to be away from the wet air outlet opening of at least two meters. In addition, the pipeline should be designed to prevent the intrusion of rain and snow.
 

       Regeneration humid air duct system, the higher the moisture content of the air, easy knot condensate on the pipe wall. Horizontal pipe should be installed from the dehumidification unit from a downward slope. In addition, condensate discharge should be set at a minimum impose prevent internal water piping. 2.8 Electrical connection

Electrical connections shall be in accordance with local electrical installation standards by qualified personnel responsible for execution

 

Dehumidifying unit can not be operated beyond the manufacturing range of voltage and frequency.
 

Before the unit is connected to mains, to deal with three-phase AC power supply to be checked to ensure that the supply voltage fluctuation range does not exceed ± 10% equipment indicated voltage and frequency. For high-load situations (due to the conversion of large electrical equipment) can cause voltage fluctuations, this check is particularly important.
 

Unit must be grounded and set the power isolation switch (installed devices), in order to ensure that the equipment cut off the power when checking and service.
 

The power supply the fuse power must be consistent with the installed power and type of dehumidification equipment. Fuses should be installed in the vicinity of the dehumidifier. Optional power supply cable and main fuses should correspond to the correct operation of the dehumidification unit power. Detailed data See Technical Manual Chapter 7 of the technical specifications.
 

2.9 External sensor connection (control unit)

Dehumidification equipment can be pre-arranged in line with the external control system to provide terminals for the connection of external control elements. Cabling and connection details, see Chapter 7 random technical manual - appendix.

When installing temperature and humidity sensing element (sensor), the installation location should follow the following requirements:

Temperature and humidity sensing element should be installed above the ground 1 to 1.5 m of position, to the controlled area in order to detect a representative level, or in accordance with design requirements laid detection point.
 

Detecting element should not be installed in dry air or wet air, and a position outside airflow control regional impact.
 

Temperature and humidity probe placed near the cooling equipment to avoid exposure to direct sunlight or place, because temperature changes will affect the actual detection value.
 

External control system must be compatible with low voltage control circuit dehumidification equipment.
 

2.10 steam heater connection

        Dehumidification equipment, pipe connections must be made by qualified personnel in accordance with regulatory requirements for installation location to complete execution.

 

       Three-phase AC power supply unit design, installation and configuration of electrical equipment in accordance with the equipment nameplate voltage and frequency scaling.

When the dehumidification system steam pipe connections, should follow these recommendations:

In the steam inlet valve piping set should be installed in order to ensure access to regenerate the dehumidifying unit heater steam pressure within the specified range, which will help the device reliable and safe operation.
 

Retort pipeline installation gauge range, should be higher than the operating pressure of the steam.
 

If the steam piping sewage filter belt bolt should be installed horizontally
       When the steam piping installation thermometer, which indicates the range should be able to meet the highest temperature of the steam supply, and can fit pipeline pressure.

       To the steam valve to provide electrical connection. See Appendix for details of the electrical wiring diagram.

        When installing the steam trap, it should be placed in a heater at the bottom level of 0.4 m or less, the condensed water from the heater should be installed into a downward slope.

 

Steam pipeline (including condensate pipeline) expansion bend should be installed to compensate for heat generated by the pipeline expansion.
 

In the case of frozen dangerous situation, you must install a temperature probe. When the last row of the heating tube heater temperature drop below 7 degrees, should block the dehumidifying unit to prevent freezing of the heating coil.
 

Dehumidifying unit near the steam pipe heating coil at separate support shall be provided to prevent damage to the heating coil by force.
 

Frozen pipe connection 2.11

       Dehumidification equipment, pipe connections must be made by qualified personnel in accordance with regulatory requirements for installation location to complete execution.

When dehumidification equipment pipe connections, should follow these recommendations:

Piping installation can withstand the internal pressure, water pressure should be higher than the actual operation.
 

Cooling pipe system has booster pumps.
 

The system should be installed cold water storage tank;
 

If you install a filter on the water with sewage bolt should be installed horizontally.
 

Shutoff valve to the pipe installation, for connection automatic valve, three-way valve should be selected, and provide the electrical connection. See Appendix for details of the electrical wiring diagram.
 

Dehumidifying unit near the coil at the pipeline set up an independent support required to prevent damage to the coil force.

2.12 splicing

      Each segment dehumidifier should butt as follows:
